LIBERTÉ opened its doors in 2012, to fulfill a need for exclusive, luxurious, modern and attainable Ready to Wear and Accessories for the truly fashion aware women of Oklahoma. We wanted to create an environment that fulfilled the paradigm of “office chic” by offering clothing that can be worn during the day, and that easily transforms into the evening; inspiring strong and intelligent women to make an investment in themselves, their careers and their lifestyles. The store offers truly special pieces from many designers that are slightly under the radar, and are not available in any other local boutiques. It was critical that we offered something new and different in the contemporary to designer categories, with a heavy emphasis on advanced contemporary. One of the principal goals of the store has always been to provide super on trend clothing that is wearable for the lifestyles of our ever expanding “fashion aware” clientele. When something is bought for the store, it is bought with the intention that it can offer our clients options for their fast paced and full lives.
A wardrobe consultant, well-educated in fit and current trends, is on staff daily to provide ongoing consultations and to assist clients in looking as AMAZING and as METROPOLITAN as possible. In addition, LIBERTÉ offers their clientele the unique ability of communicating directly with our buyers, who are able to share what will be arriving, and as much information about the designers and their vision, as possible. We believe in an interactive shopping experience and want to ensure that we are always giving our clients what they want and need.
The LIBERTÉ experience incorporates a refined, and inviting atmosphere… We believe that while fashion comes first, the environment with which it is sold is just as critical. We put a great deal of thought into ensuring the store was not only chic and glamorous, but that is was also comfortable to shop in.
The LIBERTÉ storefront has been highly acclaimed by interior designers and architects, nationally. The interior concept intertwines classic and elegant subtleties with a high level of contemporary, creative design and finishes. The 2,500 square foot store uses an open concept and monochromatic palette with richly stained concrete floors, white walls and a floating ceiling “cloud.” The exposed, metallic silver ceiling showcases a custom chandelier with more than 15,000 crystal beads.
The oversized dressing rooms and fitting area are enclosed by opaque white glass and each features a custom designed bench and a very special Marcel Wanders “Skygarden” pendant light fixture.
In keeping with the philosophy of fluidity and versatility of the stores product assortment, the modular interior can be easily reconfigured to accommodate runway and trunk shows as well as other special events.
